By visiting our website and purchasing from Cuffle, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site.

2. Products and Handmade Variations 

All Cuffle products are handmade from polymer clay. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations in color, size, and design are expected and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Billing 

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (for example, if an item is mispriced or out of stock).

4. Shipping and Returns 

We currently ship exclusively within Australia. Your purchase is also governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property 

The Cuffle brand name, logos, original designs, website text, and images are the property of Cuffle. You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of our website or products without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability 

Cuffle products contain small parts and are not recommended for small children due to potential choking hazards. Cuffle shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
